The Mass (Sacrament of Eucharist) is the core of our worship as Catholics. In the Mass, we commemorate Jesus' incredible sacrifice on the cross for our salvation. This is why every Sunday, we follow his instructions to "do this in memory of me" (Luke 22:19). As Catholics, we believe that Communion/the Eucharist really becomes the body and blood of Jesus Christ during the Mass, so it is important that we are properly prepared to receive this incredible gift.

"From this moment on, live the Eucharist fully; be persons for whom the Holy Mass, Communion, and Eucharistic adoration are the center and summit of their whole life."
